I’m happy with my order. The dishes looked great when they arrived, and they were packed really well, so no complaints there. The only thing that bugged me was the shipping... it was kind of slow, and I kept checking like, okay, are we moving or what? But overall, everything showed up in good shape and I’d still order again.

They have really pretty, items, and I liked a lot of what I saw. The annoying part was that a bunch of the pieces I wanted were out of stock. I kept checking back and checking back, and after a while it just got kind of frustrating.

In my experience, the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did find myself waiting a bit more than I’d hoped.

The return label was easy for me to get, so that part wasn’t a hassle. But I was expecting my exchange to move a lot faster than it did, and I got a little impatient waiting. Customer service did respond when I reached out, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked.

I got a serving bowl from here thinking it would be a nice gift, but it was just kind of underwhelming. For the price, I thought it would feel a bit more special or fancy or something, but it looked plain, and the packaging wasn’t really gift-y at all. I ended up not giving it and had to scramble for something else. It might be fine if you’re just buying for yourself, but I probably wouldn’t use this site again for a gift.

I’ve always thought Juliska pieces looked beautiful, and browsing the site pretty much confirmed that for me. The designs have that classic feel I like, but they still feel a little unique and special. Everything was easy to look through too, which made it even easier for me to find things I already knew I’d probably love. If you’re into making a table look really pretty, it’s definitely worth checking out.

I ordered a few things from Juliska and, they look really on the table. The design is lovely and kind of makes dinner feel a little more special. That said, one of the bowls had this tiny rough spot on the edge, and the glaze wasn’t, like, totally even in one area.
For the price, I guess I just expected everything to feel flawless. I still use the pieces and I do like them, but I’m not totally sure the quality matches the cost every single time. Shipping was fine though, so no complaints there...

One of the boxes was dented and there wasn’t a ton of padding around it, which made me a little nervous opening everything. Nothing ended up being broken, so that was a relief, but the packing just felt a little rushed

I picked up a few plates from juliska, they really do look on the table. Like, really pretty. Shipping was smooth too, and everything arrived in one piece, which I appreciated.
After a few months, though, one of the plates has a small chip, and the glaze on two bowls is starting to look a little worn. I’m careful with my dishes, not rough with them at all, so for the price, I just expected them to hold up a bit better

Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous ordering a few dinner plates from Juliska because of the price. But once they arrived, I could tell they were really well made. They feel sturdy, look beautiful on the table, and definitely don’t come across as cheap. They’re still a splurge, but for me, the quality makes the price feel worth it.

I tried shopping on juliska.com, but the whole experience was frustrating. The site felt slow and clunky, the filters were a pain to use, and pages took way too long to load. Checkout wasn’t much better either. I kept having to re-check and explain the same things to myself over and over just to figure out what was going on, and after a while I was just over it. I ended up giving up instead of placing an order.

I checked everything when it arrived, maybe even a little too carefully, and as far as I could tell, it all matched my order exactly. No complaints from me.

The dishes feel sturdy but still look elegant, and the little details are nicely done instead of looking cheap or rushed. I’ve used them quite a bit already and they still look brand new. I’m genuinely happy with the quality, for how much I’ve been recommending them to people, I wouldn’t mind a little thank-you or compensation from juliska.

Customer service did end up fixing my issue quickly, which I appreciated. It took a little longer than I expected at first, and for a minute I was starting to wonder if my ticket had been sent into some secret back-room queue nobody talks about. But once they got on it, they handled it well and got everything sorted.
